Roll out garbage carts - Once a week (Curbside before 7:00 am on day of service)

Yard Debris - Once a week (Curbside)

A few placement tips to follow:

  • Place your trash can at the curb with the wheels facing your house and the lid opening into the street.

  • Keep your garbage cans three feet apart from any obstacles such as mailboxes, cars, lamp posts, or power lines.  If your cart is blocked, we cannot pick it up!

  • Our schedules sometimes change so please have your cart at the curb by 7 a.m. on your collection day.  All garbage must go into carts.  Garbage not in cart will not be picked up at the same time.

If you follow these guidelines, you shouldn’t have any problems with your collection, but as is always the case on rare occasions something can go wrong.  So, if you have any issues with your collection, you can call 429-1700 to report a missed collection.  Our trucks are equipped with GPS tracking video systems, so when you call we can check the vehicle’s time and location across its route and confirm a skipped collection, routing a relief vehicle to handle the miss.

Our job is to provide you with the best trash collection possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
