The City Clerk serves as the custodian of all municipal records and a vital communication liaison between the Mayor, City Council, and the public. The clerk also attends all Council meetings and records the minutes of those meetings.  The Clerk is responsible for retaining archives of Council meetings, records of individuals subjected to municipal bonding requirements, and maintaining all General Fund records for the City.
