This department consists of the Personnel Director who oversees the operation of the Personnel Department and Safety management for the City of Union. She works closely with the Mayor handling complaints, acts as Chairman of the City's Safety Committee, serves on the City's Advisory Committee, and is responsible for transmittal of forms for all insurance, workmen's compensation and other personnel matters.
